David Alexander Kopelman

lives in Cape Woolamai, Phillip Island and has long been a follower of mother nature.

His work reflects this in the way he seamlessly combines his media.

The fusion of wood, fiber glass, and metal work results in artwork that is functional, modern and contemporary.

As long as he can remember he has been compelled to create art and express the different aspects of his emotions and moods.

Recycling plays a huge role in the creation of his pieces . It has been a process of 30 + years, experimenting to find a flow he is happy with.

The soft flow of wood is contrasted with the unyielding coldness of the metal, even the most beautiful of flowers has its acrimonious elements...!
